.) Clean Food= Unprocessed, Un-chemicalized, non-polluted, never genetically altered, always in the pure & live form.

.) Clean Water= No added Fluoride [neurotoxin], no ‘acceptable’ levels of chemical contamination [Industrial Revolution wrecked havoc on our health for the simple reason of chemical and toxins dumping into waterways].

.) Self-Esteem= Girls, Boys, all living beings deserve to have a Voice. Your purpose should line up with God’s Will for you. You are unique, and no one is perfect. Don’t push perfection [via advertising, many religious groups] but seek to build on every child’s personal best.

.) Love= Self love. So difficult to maintain every day. Making mistakes you regret and losing track of your reason for being on this Earth is just way too easy. I have to focus on this daily. It is your Birthright to reclaim your life, learn from your mistakes, ask God for direction, and clean out your body and thus your mind to focus on your purpose.

.) Healthy Building Practices= This might seem like an odd thing to add. But the horrifying toxins that are chemically installed via the manufacturing process of carpets, cabinets, furniture, glues, stains/paints, etc.,  and other products that are in a surprisingly high number of building materials must be immediately banned in order to really take control of our health and wellness. “Clean House” should be the motto of everyone. We should all demand ecologically and responsibly built homes. Let’s stop tearing down Forests unnecessarily for unethical “stick” building practices in the USA, and let’s start demanding [what is termed “Green”] sustainable practices that are better for the Ecology, Economy, longer lasting, and not toxic to humans or animals.

.) Honesty. I have the deepest regrets in my life after realizing that I have been the victim of a very manipulative individual. Everyone deserves honesty. It would set this world free. So simple. But the world’s biggest issues are from the lack of honesty. This can go “deep” into Psychopathic and Narcissistic individuals [one person in seven are said to have this personality disorder], but if the rest of us held ourselves, family members, co-workers, neighbors, Teachers and our Leaders to the standard of Honesty and Integrity, we could have the trajectory of a better world almost immediately.

.) Joy. Living in alignment with the truth… the passion you can get from God’s amazing Garden is amazing. “Earth Day” is only a side note for most people and comes and goes once a year with very little progress made to love the Earth and the Creator who gave us this incredibly beautiful landscape to enjoy, celebrate, be in awe of, and truly treasure. We are here for such a short time; finding Joy should be at the top of the list for everyone.

My Interview with Cameron Brown touches on some of these topics:
