It is astonishing to me how, after Hippocrates [known as the 'FATHER' of all medicine] had stated many eons ago “Let Food Be Thy Medicine, and Medicine Be Thy Food”…. we are still seeing both human and animal Doctors devoid of any Nutritional knowledge.
I believe that because our Medical and Veterinary Schools are funded by the big pharmaceutical and processed foods conglomerates, this most-important LINK to health is deliberately ignored entirely in the training programs.
Thus, you need to be your pets advocate.
1.) Think of their food choices as life giving: They need species-appropriate food to feed their unique biological and physiological bodies.
2.) Cats are Carnivores. Dogs are too, but slightly less so. They can have SOME grains. However, Both need high quality food to thrive. Horses and larger Vegetarian animals also have specific food needs that will keep them healthy and happy for many years.
3.) Buy from local, Community Supported Agriculture associations/groups in your State. Their are many who will deliver fresh vegetables, fruits, and humanely raised meats to your town or even to your door once a week! Be sure to visit your local outdoor Farmer’s market whenever you can. This is one of the most economical ways to get great food for both you and your pets at a fraction of the cost of a high-end Organic Grocer.
4.) Cats should not have grains. This, to my recent discovery, can cause serious imbalances in their digestion and even cause bladder stones.
I do a “trio” feeding regimen:
a.) High quality raw meat [mixed with veggies] that I first freeze, then thaw [and will 'blanche' with hot water on the outside in a glass pyrex pan to make it warm and inviting to eat.]
b.) I buy ONLY high quality canned/dehydrated food and treats made in small batches in the USA ONLY! Some great brands are Weruva, Stella and Chewy’s, Wysong, Spot’s Stew, Lotus, Organix, Orijen, Country Naturals, Tropical Traditions [frozen Raw food that is excellent], Fromm, Halo [dehydrated treats], and Whole Life [dehydrated treats]. There are other good brands like Holistic Pet, so be sure to have an in-depth conversation with a Pet Nutritionist or a small, high-end Pet store that is truly honest. Additionally, there are some New Zealand made natural foods, but you still need to do your homework on these and make certain they are NOT made in China!
BUY NOTHING FROM CHINA WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PET’S FOOD! TOO MANY BELOVED ANIMALS ARE DYING FROM CONTAMINATED, FILTHY, HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE FOOD “PROCESSED” IN CHINA!
c.) High quality dry food from the above named companies. This is given NOT as their main meal, but more as a small treat in a bowl. However, I prefer to give the dehydrated chicken and Bonito fish flakes [you get in the Asian section in any good food store] in a bowl for snacks throughout the day.
Finally, you should be adding Probiotics, Enzymes, Green Powder, either Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds and Flax Oil to your pets food is key to maintaining a successful protocol.
Especially when your pet has been ill, you MUST look at their food sources.
Animals are here to give us incredible love, wisdom, truth, and Guidance from the Divine. There is no question about it.
The current medical system of only harsh drugs and aggressive surgeries are taking way too many lives [both Human and Animal].
Look at the natural alternatives that are certainly more gentle in healing, and in maintaining true health.
Any pet trying to recover from any illness needs additional probiotics, minerals, and herbal remedies [I love "Animals Apawthecary," and "Amber Technology" along with "Pet Wellbeing" and "Pet Alive" and "Vetionx Homeopathics."] Cranberry Powder is great for Urinary issues, along with Homeopathic Remedies such as “Nux Vomica 30C,” “Causticum 30C,” and the really important remedy of “Urtica Urens 200C.” You can get these from Washington Homeopathics via mail order. Whole Foods will sell the 30C remedy strength.
Also, learn how to give subcutaneous fluids properly and safely. This can literally be a lifesaver. I buy Lactated Ringers bags and small needles [22 gauge] from an online store called “Atlantic Medical.” Any good Veterinarian or Vet Tech can teach you how to give sub-q fluids and you can work with your Vet on how much to give. My 7 pound cat got 100 cc’s every day when she really needed it. This helped with getting the much-needed electrolytes into her body.
Another good thing to include in your loving regimen for any animal who needs extra care is to have some Witch Hazel and Rose Water to help clean them with a warm wash cloth. I even bought a baby’s soft hair brush to brush my kitty softly when she was not able to fully clean herself. This is very healing, and a kind act of love that will also help the two of you bond even closer while the process of healing [or even the process of transitioning] takes place.
Lastly, vaccines are filled with highly corrosive, toxic and dangerous by-products like Formaldehyde, Aluminum, Mercury, live Viruses, and Chemicals that have no business being shot into your arm or into your animal’s body. These have been linked to many degenerative dis-eases, including aggressive cancers and even diabetes. Learn the facts about the dangers of Vaccines, and do not let any bad Veterinarian bamboozle you into shooting up your beloved pet!
Remember, the Vet AND the Pharmaceutical company are held LEGALLY “Harmless” from any and all damages and death they cause from administering a vaccine! Who would ever imagine that any industry would enjoy such immunity from any responsibility.

Always remember that a White Lab Coat is a COSTUME. It was developed as a method to soothe patients nearly 100 years ago with the feeling of purity and life that the color white was thought to bring in the patients mind.
However, there is evidence that many patients don’t feel so relaxed around someone with a White Coat. In fact, many people experience elevated blood pressure and worry just seeing a person approach them in such a costume.
The same feelings are exhibited by your family pets. And when you are not around [when you drop them off at the Vets and think they are safe] the unthinkable could happen.
My conversation on August 4th, 2012 with Pet Advocate Julie Catalano demonstrates to my audience how clearly urgent this matter really is in our world. It hardly ever gets exposed in the “mainstream” but it is still a huge issue. “Vet Abuse” has touched many of us, and even some people who simply don’t realize that their pet was killed or suffered injuries from a person they thought they could trust.
Our beloved Siamese cat, “Mina,” was horribly killed by a ‘holistic’ and even ‘famous’ Vets office…. and they ILLEGALLY charged my credit card on file [without my consent] for the $895 bill afterwards… sneakily, they waited about a month or so to do it.
Wow. I thought we could trust a Vet who wrote a book, gets himself on Television, Radio interviews, etc.
The Smith Ridge Veterinary Center in South Salem, NY, run by Dr. Marty Goldstein really caused the biggest anguish, shock, and unthinkable pain and suffering to our 13 year old child who lost his beloved best friend on August 4, 2010 to egregious negligence. A totally irresponsible female Vet named Dr. Jaqueline Ruskin, was charged with Second Degree Negligence by the New York State Board.
Totally horrifying. The long fight to get the charges off of my card are a whole secondary insult to injury. I won’t bore you with these details, but the nasty “office manager” [who is so fat and wretched she should not be working in a "Holistic" Vets office or any medical establishment whatsoever] fought with all she had and even lied to American Express to keep the charges on my card! Can you imagine such a thing after killing someone’s cat?
This office negligently ripped open Mina’s Trachea when they were installing an intubation tube into her throat. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT? They did not practice one ounce of correct emergency measures to get air into her lungs. The New York State Disciplinary Department told me this after examining her X-Rays and files.
Smith Ridge Vet Office played mind games, and even tried to blame our Cat for their mistake! This is a true sign of Sociopathic and Deceptive behavior. Truly Dangerous.
This terrible behavior is certainly not acceptable. But it is an occurrence that happens daily somewhere in America.
Now really is the time to fight back as Consumers to protect our Pets. They deserve to be worth more than “property” and the bad Veterinarians should be subjected to the same scrutiny and legal action that a typical bad human Doctor would have to face.

Sherri has been reporting on what is now termed “Bad Science” for a few years now. I believe in Integrative care. Sure, technology is fantastic when needed, but you need to become well versed in the healing miracles of Nutrition, Herbs, Homeopathy, and other exciting ways to clean your body so you won’t fall prey to dis-ease.
I believe that we could really have world peace [no kidding here] if we could start to employ the common sense of utilizing God’s Garden that is so clearly spelled out for us in both The Torah and The Bible.
It’s time to protect this Garden from mass destruction by some really bad forces that aim to profiteer from keeping people sick, destroying our water supply, our air supply, our food supply, and our future.
“How?” is the question. First, do your own research into natural gardening, plant care, lawn care, home cleaning products, and even innocent things like Deodorant have ALUMINUM in them and get right into your blood stream and intoxicate your body! Read labels, and be a voice to demand that chemicals be taken out of our body care products, baby products, and our food.
This is a good start. You will be a whole lot healthier to fight back and start the revolution to demand cars and other machinery that run on water or even cooking oil rather than something that kills millions of people over wars, exhaust, fumes, and contamination.

Animal Testing has long been known, by the most brilliant and visionary minds, to be an outright lie and betrayal to society as a whole.

The horrifying cruelty and the diabolical practices of vivisection would shut down this evil industry if the general public were clued into this cruelty every night on the national news. Who in God’s name shut their eyes to the pain and suffering of these animals and granted the torture of innocent living beings? How can this possibly be “packaged and sold” to the public with a Benevolent face?

And even more shocking is the fact that MOST animal testing is for Cosmetics [the toxic ones] and for household cleaners! So, only 6% is for “finding the cure” to something… but as stated earlier, the cure never comes by way of animal testing.
This is gross misconduct and deception that defies all reason.
And by the way, I have covered several times on my show, and subsequently in my blogs, the healthy and gorgeous alternatives to toxic cosmetics and also to household cleansers.
You can make the BEST cleansers yourself! Get a spray bottle, and fill it 1/2 way with either white vinegar or cheap vodka. Then fill the other 1/2 with water. Get some Essential Oils, such as Lavendar or Peppermint… drop in a few drops to your liking… shake it all together…. and you have the best household cleaner that smells divine and cleanses better than any toxic chemical could ever dream of…. and it’s cost efficient, too!
Need a scrub for your tub? Baking Soda.
There is also an Oxygen powder that is very good to use and good for the Environment, too.
And, to sum this all up, chemicals in medicine are all a lie, too. There is no drug [NO DRUG] that can heal you. It can mask symptoms, but it never heals. It will, however, cause nasty side-effects and might damage other unrelated organs along the way… what a tragedy. Really.
Holistic, natural healing is the only way to stay healthy. To seek the amazing powers of nature is the one way you can steer clear of becoming one of millions of victims every year that die at the hands of the bloody, big-pharmaceutical paradigm.
Chemical-laden medicine is straight out of Nazi Germany. Why some people have a difficult time understanding this [and even deny it altogether] is just a manifestation of the powerful use of Propaganda that the Third Reich invented, established and then sold to the American Government.
Chronic dis-ease is caused by chemical and petrochemical pollution. Added to this toxic mess is vaccines, then processed food, then pesticides and herbicides and even lawn products like chemical fertilizers. THEN add to this personal products like commercial deodorant, which most often contains Aluminum that soak right into your blood stream… and other products like dental materials [you really need to do your research here and protect yourself], fluoride, chlorine, radiation, and nuclear testing… there is certainly a long list…. but the only way to fight the enemy is to KNOW thine enemy!
Animal testing should never have been part of what is called medical research. Again, the buffoons that put this horrifying terrorism in place have a special place in Hell waiting for them. No kidding here. This is totally diabolical. Straight from Satan himself: torture innocent, living, sentient beings for profit?
It will take every one of us to fight this horror. Mr. Obama is part of the evil, as he was paid off and bribed by ALL of the above entities with campaign contributions and continued bribes throughout his short time in office. And by the way to anyone who can’t wrap their brains around the fact that Obama is one of the most evil, incompetent, and self-serving individuals to have sat in the Oval Office… Keep in mind, that just YESTERDAY, this lost soul signed into law a RETURN TO HORSE SLAUGHTER IN THE UNITED STATES!

It’s paramount that everyone understand the importance and the difference between these terms for our food sources.
Your life, indeed, does depend upon how much you know. The public is deliberately led to believe that “Organic” equals Humane or even Sustainable…. but because of the mad rush to cash in on the public’s demand for Organic, the unethical Agri-businesses have lobbied unrelentingly to get the USDA to take over the “Organic” certification so that they, too, can somehow be marketed as kinder, gentler, healthier, and even life loving companies.
Nothing is natural or remotely good about companies like “Monsanto” or “ADM” or “Quaker Oats”…. and the list is staggeringly long… So, your voice as an American Citizen who works hard to pay the very taxes that are mis-used and abused in wasteful subsidies to these earth-destructing companies MUST be heard by your State representatives.
The chain of deception is really un-American, and totally un-Constitutional. But it’s happening, and only our Voices today can stop it. The will of our double-tongued, elected officials is just simply not there. The disappointment of this reality is very deep for me, and it should be for you, too. The money-donations-financial support– whatever you want to call it… has become this nearly perfect circle of corrupt crony-ism and political favors that sell everybody else short, and literally kills our environment.
What are we if we don’t have clean air, water, soil, food? What is our future? Why is nobody in Washington asking this very important question? And why are they forcing the working American population to subsidize their own poisoning? Why are we so submissive to this tragic, circle of evil?

It was a great pleasure to talk to Dr. Arie McFarlen on my show. Her message is one that we all, as good people, need to recognize as a wake-up-call to fight back against the big-agribusiness deceptions.
The unthinkable cruelty, cramped confinement, and horror that takes place in the Nazi-style “factory farms” [paid for by your taxes] is unacceptable. The toxic drugs, hormones, and other toxins injected and fed to the animals are directly winding up in the very neatly packaged, “innocent” looking meat products in most chain grocery stores today.
Anything you can imagine as unconscionable happens behind those factory farmed walls.
The adrenaline and other fear hormones that pump through the bodies of terrified animals also gets into the animal products that get sold in cellophane packages in grocery stores.
These toxins are proven carcinogens to humans.
Why are we forced to pay for this misery and sickness? Don’t we have a collapsed, untenable “health care system” that will never be solvent until the very Citizens of this country are given honest, healthy food choices that are the “norm” and not the exception for the wealthy?
Why are our Organic, sustainable, local, humane, small farms NOT given our Tax Subsidies? Can someone in Washington with a brain please stand up and give us, the people who care about quality of life on Earth, an answer?

I advocate a Vegetarian lifestyle and certainly a Vegan lifestyle. It is healthier for the Environment and for your digestion, your brain, your entire body/mind connection. You will feel lighter, think more clearly, and realize the health benefits within a few weeks of being conscious of your food choices.
However, if you do eat animal products, I highly advocate all people to ONLY support your local, humane, organic, sustainable farmers for this. EVERY township has local farmers who are humane and honorable in their farming practices, and NOW is the time to vote with your dollars for all products that are not produced with toxic drugs, anti-biotics [literally means anti-life] and with pesticides.
Our waterways are our lifeblood. We, as the people who pay the taxes that our over-grown government relies upon, need to stand up and be a collective voice for our lives today and certainly for the innocent lives whose existence will be in question if we do not preserve the future by demanding sustainability right now.

My conversation with Jo Deibel of the Angel Acres Horse Haven Rescue on the show broadcast on Saturday, April 30th, 2011, was one I will always remember.
Many of us have no idea how our beautiful, intelligent, gentle, graceful horses are found in “kill buyer” auctions and then sold for slaughter in Mexico and Canada! This horrible ‘business’ is an underworld of horror that most horse owners, let alone the general public, are totally unaware of.
Well, these kill buyers are bidding the lowest price on every horse, whether they are a previous loved pet or a race horse to even a breathtakingly beautiful Wild Mustang…. they are all vulnerable to winding up in these kill pens and sold literally to the
slaughter houses that are so horrifying that if everyone could see the undercover footage that I have seen…. there would be an outcry to STOP this evil practice immediately.
Why is it so difficult to enact laws immediately here in the United States to permanently BAN the act of crossing the border with truck loads of horses to be inhumanely and horrifyingly killed in slaughter houses? The “industry” of killing opposes it [of course] and they lobby, unrelentingly, our elected officials who apparently have no issues with shielding their own eyes from this inhumane, wretched business.
We, as American Citizens, Taxpayers, and Citizens of this world, need to send our emails, letters, postcards, and phone calls to every local, state and federal official to raise our voices to stop this crazy destruction of life.

What has this world been reduced to when some individuals neglect, abuse, starve, and then throw away an innocent living Being?
These You Tube Videos tell the story of a 1 year old puppy who was literally thrown into a garbage bag, and tossed down a Newark, New Jersey housing project’s trash chute 22 stories!
He was rescued, by a BIG Miracle, when a Maintenance worker was gathering the trash and saw a trash bag move! He opened the bag, and found a skin-and-bones, emaciated, near-death dog who was only hours from finally taking his last breath.
The time is now. Be a voice for innocent living beings.

It says everything about us collectively when certain groups of people choose to be apathetic, even deliberately ignorant about how our wild animals, domestic animals, marine mammals, and farm animals are treated.

My show with the founder of Dogs Deserve Better, Tamira Thayne, was one of many shows I have done and will continue to do for life-giving organizations like Dogs Deserve Better.

This is unacceptable. Our laws have got to be enforced. And newer, more specific animal protection laws have got to be immediately passed by all State Legislatures to bring some justice for our Animal Companions…. our very best friends!
Who else is going to be by your side… and happy to see you everyday…. without judgement…. totally unconditional love.… So, don’t we owe these members of our society some justice, rights, and reverence?
I say “YES” and millions of other caring people do, too…
So, why, in 2011, do we still have shelters that are so badly run and don’t bother to advertise or get animals adopted…. they just kill them immediately.
The killing, or “euthanasia” in these types of shelters of terror are either “Heart Stick” or the Gas Chambers. Yes, the very same style used in Nazi Germany to kill the innocent prisoners are the VERY same style now used on our domestic animals– and ALL of the animals killed in these slow death, agonizing torture chambers are VERY ADOPTABLE…. pure breds to lovable mixed breeds…. none are spared.
More than 6 million animals are killed in shelters every year in America alone. This is shameful, ignorant, horrifying.

Some of the greatest moments in my life have been experienced when I just listened to my intuition and TOOK ACTION to save a life.
There were obstacles I had to overcome [like ignorance and jadedness of others] and I have had to stay focused on helping an animal in need because I knew that their lives were counting on me to follow through for them.
Totally worth it! The exhilaration of finally getting an animal or groups of animals to safety, and fostered until they can be adopted, has got to be the greatest feeling in this world. Helping others really does do something for YOU that is invaluable.
Adopt. Never buy a loving new family member.
There are PURE breed animals sitting in shelters today, waiting to be adopted. There are rescue groups of all kinds who specialize in pure bred animals, like German Shepherds to Collies to Persians and even exotic Birds!
Never buy from a Breeder or a “puppy” store! I think all breeders should be legally shut down and forced to pay their local municipality a yearly [large] fine to support the local animal shelters that are having to deal with the unethical business of ‘breeding’ more innocent animals into existence.

No body in the mainstream medical ‘healthcare’ paradigm is going to tell you this. It would cost them their profits. You staying on their anti-life drugs is what they want.
But your life is too important. Every single person has a God given mission to reach their fullest potential. To be healthy is supposed to be your birthright.
Making organic, healthy choices every day become habits that are life-giving and bring you emotional equilibrium and a sense of purpose.

Twelve years ago, I went on a very dark journey. I believe that this was the BIG LIGHTBULB impetus to dusting off my own ingenuity and finding a better way to health.
I went from one Doctor to the next with no answers yet lots of money and time wasted. I was given one toxic, dangerous medical test after the next [most Doctors don't bother to mention the dangers of most medical testing procedures] AND I was prescribed so many antibiotics and other toxic drugs I cringe whenever I think about that time in my life.
The turning point was when I found myself in an abusive, predatory “father knows best” Doctor’s office. Alone. Desperate for answers. Trusting.
This Doctor was advanced in years. He was referred to me by a trusted friend from my church, and I made the mistake of blindly following this bad advise without having a healthy minded skepticism. However, most very ill people just want to trust a Doctor in white coat in the hope that they will find some relief from their suffering.
This Doctor did things to me that I cannot write about on my blog. I believe that I could not have been the first person he abused and patronized because he was “THE DOCTOR” in his mind, and you– the minions out there with no medical training– must shut up and be a good little patient.
Wow. Just briefly describing the situation gives me the creeps.
The moment I walked through the doors to the Upper East Side Brownstone medical office, it was bad energy times many billions…. I should have turned around and walked out…. but I had not yet been taught to LISTEN and to TAKE ACTION on my INTUITION.
The bad feeling was for good reason. The appointment was a nightmare of verbal, physical, and psychological abuse. This Doctor never helped me after my compliance and endurance of his tirades in his office and his overpowering me and controlling me psychologically that day.
From now on this predator will be referred to as a ‘bad doctor.’ He was evil, and lives in total darkness and pathetic ignorance. This is the antithesis of what we believe a health care provider should be, and it is unacceptable that America has become a nation of people who have been subjected to bad medicine in what somehow [politically] became ‘mainstream.’
To add insult to literal injury, this bad doctor was so arrogant that he would not take phone calls from patients and his policy was clearly one of being in total control in order to keep you, the needy patient, a hostage.
The X Rays, Cat Scans, Mammogram, and other horribly toxic and physically dangerous tests he sent me on were like being on a never ending gravy train [at my expense] for his friends in the medical testing business.
I was never given any answers after the toxic trail that led to nowhere. I got sicker and sicker after these tests, and I was finally so exhausted and ill that I could not function for more than 2 hours a day.
Most days I was in emotional agony from the physical disability of not having a body that would maintain any energy at such a young age. I was in the prime of my life, and I could not understand what was happening to my body as my mind tried ‘positive thinking’ and other measures to help overcome the chronic fatigue, malaise, yeast and bladder infections, kidney infection, constantly run down, always catching bronchitis and other viruses that were more than happy to find a weakened host.
My Thyroid and my Adrenals were totally exhausted and hurting. My Liver and Kidneys were so toxic that I started to have additional physical symptoms like dark spots on my skin.
I was devastated by these symptoms that were downplayed and even totally ignored by most doctors I took the time to trust.
My new career was stalled because I had not an ounce of energy for auditions, call backs, even classes or meetings with Managers and Agents. I was probably the only young Actor in NYC who dreaded the phone calls for Auditions! I was at a total low point.
My sex drive had plummeted to almost nothing. This was a source of a joke to this bad, abusive, wretched doctor who thought it was funny! Wow. The ignorance that is stemmed from the arrogance in our current medical system is astounding.
Loved ones, friends, and my husband were concerned, but certainly had no knowledge of how to help me.
My sugar cravings were off the charts. It controlled my life in a very bad way. I was like a sugar addict. In fact, later I learned that refined and processed sugar IS A DRUG! I was in constant craving mode for processed foods that I KNOW NOW were feeding the bacteria and viruses that had taken over my body. It was a merry-go-round of cravings and then horrible side effects.
After interviewing knowledgeable people, researching this medical misconduct and the prevalence it has in BOTH human and veterinary medicine, I am convinced that this is one of the least talked about and misunderstood phenomenon’s in America today.
For health and beauty: Stay away from refined sugar and processed/convenience blobs called ‘food’ but are, in reality, poison to your body.
Instead, use Stevia, Xylitol, and Agave Syrup for your sweeteners. They are delicious and healthy. Lucuma Fruit Powder and Mesquite Meal are also lesser known but totally nutritious, yummy sweeteners.
Today, I thank God every single day for my health, wellness and knowledge and for LITERALLY a new life.
I remember keenly the day I decided to reach deep within myself to fight back, reclaim my life, and find answers for myself.
I had no idea what holistic healing was. I did not know how to properly utilize food as medicine and to nourish my God-given body. I did not know what a Naturopathic Doctor was. I did not know what a genuine holistic practitioner was. I had no idea about the TOXIC cosmetics I was slathering all over my body, and putting on my face every day.
But as I started to take small steps every day in finding some answers, I found myself gravitating towards what I can only describe as light-filled people and organizations.
One day in New York City, I stumbled upon a Naturopathic Doctor in mid-town. His name was Dr. Stephen Felder. He saved my life.
Prior to finding Dr. Felder, I had seen a few natural-type doctors, but really got no answers from them. The meetings left me confused, and even frustrated that I had nothing after the exam and conversations with these practitioners. There was always ‘next time’ or an expensive, time consuming test, etc. No straight talk…. and this was very similar to what I had experienced in the Allopathic, mainstream system. There was never any time to give me the empowerment to make even small improvements that very day… it was about the money for some these practitioners, I am sorry to say.
I needed to be given the tools and the information to understand what was happening in my body and how to become 100% healthy WITHOUT spending a ton of money with agonizing tests, time, and spinning my wheels!
What Dr. Felder gave me was information. He gently guided me and told me WHY I was craving sugar: I had an overgrowth of Candida.
I remember asking, “What is Candida overgrowth? And what is Candida?” He was precise and informative in THE FIRST MEETING. He gave me the answers I needed and educated me about Leaky Gut Syndrome, which is what I had. He educated me about NUTRITION. He gave me a very easy, precise roadmap to health.
I was also given something called “Kinesiology” by Dr. Felder. I have had other practitioners perform this procedure on me many times since my initial meeting with Dr. Felder over a decade ago, and I must warn people that the accuracy of this simple test is highly dependent upon the honesty and integrity of the practitioner.
Dr. Felder got it right for me.
What was so beautiful about the beginning of my new journey into health and true wellness in both body, and in mind [and spirit, of course] was that I only had to see Dr. Felder a few times. That was it.
I was armed with the new information that had been missing in my life before the day I met Dr. Felder.
My wish for everyone who is chronically ill right now to have this incredible experience to health. It is such a gift to be given your life back!
I then found my way to so many amazing people, web sites, books, classes, nutrition schools, organizations, and whole food supplements and cleansing programs.
My life changed. An “About Face.”
I started to find ancient healing modalities that worked for me, and the vast ocean of new information was totally exciting to learn about. Each month I got stronger, had more energy, and I experienced the wholesome healing that I realize is “God’s Garden” so explicitly described in the Bible that was given to us to utilize for health and longevity, and not to abuse and synthesize into chemicals!
After this decade of self-empowerment and total lifestyle restoration, I am still on an enlightened journey of learning everyday.
I see everyday as a really cool opportunity to learn more. It’s like a treasure hunt for information that has been tucked away from what we all know as ‘mainstream’ information.
The up side to getting healthy is that my memory skills, intelligence, inquisitiveness, brightness, clarity are dramatically and ASTRONOMICALLY fit and sharp.
All this is beautiful.
I am stronger in every way, and I choose natural beauty because it is glowing, honest, irresistible and empowering.
But when living in this chemically toxic world, and having been injured from past vaccines and other toxins, the pursuit of being healthy is a daily lifestyle regimen.
This journey has led me to become knowledgeable in Green Building practices and materials, environmental activism, wildlife protection, food as the most important daily choice for healing you can make, animal reverence, farming practices, vegan and vegetarian lifestyle choices for health, natural makeup and skin/hair care, organic living practices, non-toxic home cleaning and gardening, holistic human and animal care, holistic dentistry [and why MOST professed holistic dentists are clueless regarding the toxins they are still installing in people's mouths!] and other consumer advocacy issues….
When you create opportunities to help others, you are gorgeous. You FEEL gorgeous on the inside. This comes out on your face, and your energy is shifted to enlightenment.
It all starts with a clean body. L. Ron Hubbard wrote one of the most important books you could read entitled, “Clear Body, Clear Mind.”
Clean out the toxins in your body, then clean out your makeup kit– wear a mask and gloves when you remove the junky makeup from its jars [and recycle the jars].
Replace your daily regimen with organic, hand made, honorably made cosmetics and you will feel and see the difference.

A Third Party To Protect You and Your Pet

My show today, October 25th, continues the eye-opening glimpse of what really is going on in the Veterinarian industry and how your pet could be at risk of being abused, neglected, and even killed by irresponsible and badly trained Vets….
And is there any regulation and disciplinary action over such reckless Vets? Nope. None. We pay taxes for Veterinary Boards, but they are merely bureaucratic and politically intertwined facades that give the taxpaying consumer a false sense of security.
The dirty truth is that ALL State Boards are in existence for themselves only. The “board” routinely ignores the abuses and horrors of most Vets.
Your complaint goes nowhere while the Vet’s bad behavior and medical misconduct is only encouraged by the “do nothing” stance of Vet Boards.
Shame on the ‘Big Government’ bureaucrats.
Sorry, but this arrogance is so despicable that the conversation has got to get bigger and into more media broadcasts so that the true change will finally come.
Did you know:
1.) Vets are not required to receive any further training or garner any new information in medical care the day the graduate from Vet school.
2.) Vets are not regulated by anyone, and answer to no one. The Veterinarian Board in every state is so corrupt that they collude with any bad Vet for almost any hideous crime imaginable. Nothing happens to the Vet.
3.) Vets are not required to a darn thing about Nutrition, Holistic and Herbal healing modalities, and don’t have to inform their client that they are not giving you the full picture as far as your choices are concerned for treatment.
4.) Vets routinely under-diagnose and mis-diagnose with no remorse and often don’t care enough to learn from their past mistakes. They often [and I have experienced this myself] prefer to play mental games with their client and blame the CLIENT for anything that goes wrong! The psychology here is akin to witchcraft. They play dirty games to confuse the Client into being the one to blame for the lack of information and bad medical care given. Totally unacceptable.
Our Animal Companions are just too precious, important, and amazing to be treated with such disrespect.
YOU NEED A THIRD PARTY at all times overseeing the treatment you are getting!
I am grateful to Dr. Nancy Allen of Westchester, NY for being there as a guiding light through the dark and very frightening time when my beloved cat was seriously ill.
My kitty, Angel, was saved because I had some intuitive sense that I was not being told the truth by some sleepy, “out to lunch” Vets who just did not seem right to me.
Thank God I had a house-call Vet to contact to look over the information and to talk to. I needed someone to help me, and Dr. Allen was there.
My advice is to ALWAYS have on-call a third party, LOCAL Vet who can help you take action. Get your “team” of good players together before you have an emergency. Check out many Vets and never be blinded by slick marketing and advertising.
Find a 24 hour, high-tech hospital with the BEST OF THE BEST in medical care. The Doctors and the Vet Technicians make the biggest difference in your pets chances for life and a full recovery.
I can tell you that both recently [as per some previous Blogs you may have read] my family lost a beloved Siamese to the misconduct and outright lack of intelligence and care by a Veterinarian who made some bad choices that killed one of our important family members.
Our pets are family. Why do some ignorant and arrogant Vets not get this idea?
I have personally been berated, yelled at, and lied to by some very bad Vets. There is one reprehensible male Vet located in Weston, CT, who called himself “holistic” but was nothing more than a liar, manipulator, and an abuser.
Be CAREFUL of anyone who advertises falsely. Many Doctors [for people and for our pets] advertise now as being “holistic” or “homeopathic” in order to attract a high end clientele who can pay big money.
I am PRO Holistic healing.
Of course, I am a proponent of healing naturally and understanding Nutrition as the foundation of all good health. It was Hippocrates who said, “Let food be thy medicine.”
I love herbal medicine, Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, Homeopathic medicine, and Ozone therapy, and all of the many modalities that do, in fact, work much better and more wholesomely WITH the bodies desire to heal itself….
And I must forewarn all consumers that I have been victimized and bamboozled by Charlatans who advertise that they are all of these positive things, but they are, horrifyingly, fraudulent.
Be careful! There are great Doctors and some very, very bad ones… and then there are some mediocre ones who are uninformed and not able to service you or your pet.
Command the best for yourself in your life.

Food that kills is processed, canned food that has in its ingredients dangerous preservatives, ‘rendered’ animals [euthanized pets], and other toxins that literally kill your pet slowly until their liver, kidneys, heart, and other organs give up.
Why are most Vets not taught this in their Vet School training? Great question. NO information is given on Nutrition whatsoever.
Hmmmm. Would that have anything to do with the fact that the Pharmaceutical companies that push toxic Vaccines, drugs, and invasive surgeries are the very sources of FUNDING for these Vet Schools? Gee, how convenient.
You need to be your pet’s advocate. Learn to do the research and to seek knowledgeable, honorable professionals who truly care. It is all too easy to get sidetracked into the web of a Charlatan.
Use your INTUITION! If someone is at all nasty, impatient, incomplete in their information, or just does not seem right in some way– get away from them. Be clear on what is right for your standards.
Ethics should be at the top of your list. They are for me now.

1.) home cooked food! Yes, your pet deserves some lovingly prepared food by you, Mom or Dad.
2.) Vitamins and Minerals + Probiotics and Enzymes! Mix them into your pets food. They are good for the immune system, digestion, teeth, coat, eyes, brain, and overall longevity of your beloved best friend.

Remember, your pet needs variety. They also need fruits and Veggies just like we do, so be sure to blend some smoothies for them and mix a little into their food.
Lastly, be careful with any elective surgical procedures that are suggested by a Vet. Many Vets make their money from such procedures but they may not be at all necessary and may even prove to be very dangerous or even fatal to your family’s beloved pet.
Get a third party opinion, and seek a second and even a third physical exam and opinion of different Vets you believe are trustworthy.
The point of this show today was to forewarn all consumers that the very people we have been indoctrinated to trust [often without question] are not truly the people we can blindly believe in. Doctors can be bad people.
Not all professionals are professional. Be your own advocate, and please be an advocate for your Animals.
